My Notes

06/12/98 - I saw the bus driver from my morning route walking downtown in the afternoon. I almost said hello, but he didn’t seem to recognize me, so I kept walking. It would be kind of counter intuitive for a bus driver to ride a bus.

06/06/98 - A co-worker brought a small desk fan to the office and set it near the shared filing cabinet. I’m not sure who it belongs to, but it’s been running all day for three days straight, which I thought would be wasting power, but my boss Mark hasn't complained about it.

06/03/98 - I watched the evening weather report, and the meteorologist said we might get thunderstorms later this week. I always liked the sound of thunder growing up.

05/26/98 - I tried a new frozen dinner tonight. It tasted fine, but the picture on the box looked a little different than what I got. Not unusual, just noticeable.

05/21/98 - My upstairs neighbor must have rearranged his furniture again. I heard scraping sounds for a long time. When I passed him in the stairwell later, he didn’t mention anything.

05/19/98 - Someone in the office brought in a box TV so we could watch part of the basketball playoffs during lunch. The reception wasn’t very clear, but it was fun to have on.

05/15/98 - The office printer ran out of toner, but when I opened the supply cabinet, there was only one box left, pushed all the way to the back. Honestly, I thought we'd more.

05/10/98 - I watched America’s Funniest Home Videos tonight. A few clips were reruns, but I still laughed at them. It might just be my favorite show on TV right now.

05/03/98 - My bus pass nearly slipped out of my pocket when I got off the bus. I caught it just in time. This happened a couple weeks ago, so I should probably keep it in my back pocket from now on.
